AVP is - An AVP workshop is usually a full weekend, from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, with all day Saturday – some 20 hours overall. It’s made up of a series of guided experiences – exercises, brainstorms, two-person dialogues, personal narratives, and the occasional silly game to get the energy going. The wisdom in the room comes from the whole group, who often find that they’re not so much learning something new as affirming something they knew all along.
